BG's Property Care Annual Management option

• This includes key holding.
• When the property is empty we will call once per week to run water and air the property.
• We will check all services and clear the garden of any litter.
• Plants will be watered,
• Your post box will be emptied and any important mail posted to you,
• If we find any problems we will contact you either by E-mail or phone.

BG's Property Care Key Holding option

If your property is for your sole use, we can just hold your keys for a smaller annual fee. Visits when requested, will be charged for as appropriate.

BG's Property Care Changeover option

• The lounge will be thoroughly cleaned and all mirrors polished.
• All floors throughout the property inside and out (balconies etc.) will be vacuumed and mopped including under furniture, suites, chairs and beds.
• In the kitchen we will change tea towels and dish cloths
• Clean the cooker, sink and all surfaces and appliances.
• In the bedrooms, the beds will be stripped and remade with fresh linen
• The bedroom cleaned, the used sheets will be washed and dried and returned for your next guests.
• We will clean the bathroom, replace towels and toilet rolls.
• If any of the windows are dirty, we will clean them.
• We will also leave an emergency contact number if your guests need to contact somebody locally

If you chose this option, you may still include the Annual Management option to ensure your property is checked regularly, or you may just pay for Changeovers and the key holding option.
